We will be with every step of the way. You will have a dedicated designer assigned to your project, you will have their cell phone number and be able to contact them directly if you ever need anything. At any time you can adjust the options and change things up until the order is placed. We will not place an order until all of the details are chosen and approved by you.
Our goal is to make this an enjoyable and less stressful process with the best result for your home as a whole.

- Send us a message letting us know you're interested in learning more about our options
- We will call you back and learn about your project and goals. Whether it's buying one sofa for your living room or furnishing an entire home.
- Based on your project goals we will curate conceptual options especially for you along with estimated pricing
- Upon review, we will go over feedback, and detail customization options specifically tailored you.
- If selections and pricing are a good fit for you, we will schedule a visit to our showroom where you can and experience different pieces and select from hundreds of fabrics and finishes. Pricing will vary depending on fabric, details and finishes.
- We will go over all the options and make final selections.
- We will send you an exact quote with your specific choices for your approval.
- Once you give the approval you will be required to put 50% of the cost as a down payment to begin production.
- We will handle submitting the order and making sure everything is on track and will keep you posted on status.
- Once the furniture is build you will pay the remaining 50% and the furniture will be shipped and delivered directly to your home.
- Our time will coordinate and schedule white glove delivery to you.
